I am pleased to announce my merger with Louis A. Palmer, CPA (A Professional Corporation). Our combined firm will operate as Palmer & Wright, Certified Public Accountants.
I decided to seek to grow my practice through a merger because I believe it will result in additional service offerings and a greater knowledge base, both of which will benefit current clients. In addition, a merger will present new challenges and opportunities for me to develop new skills, and I believe this to be in the best interest of my practice.
Louis A. Palmer shares the same values I do. Last spring, a mutual acquaintance informed me of Mr. Palmer’s interest in transitioning into retirement, and I expressed interest in serving his clients as a successor CPA. Shortly thereafter, Lou Palmer and I were introduced, and ultimately, agreed upon a merger of our practices.
There will be new services and areas of expertise to offer you in the future, and I look forward to discussing those with you soon. However, I want to point out several items that will not change, as follows:
- I will continue to be your CPA (you will continue to work with the same people as in the past),
- My fee structure will not change, and
- The services I have provided you in the past will continue.
I will continue to maintain my office at 7330 Fern Avenue, Suite 601, but I will also have an office at Palmer & Wright, Certified Public Accountants. I will be primarily conducting business at 8518 Line Avenue, Suite 101 during the upcoming tax season to ensure a smooth transition of the merger. My existing phone number (318-780-0206) and e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org) will continue to be the ones you will use to contact me.
